The Arrow 200 will allow you to do point-to-point conferencing, i.e. if someone else has an Arrow 200 or a compatible VC system you can call them up and have a high quality video conference with them, but the Arrow 200 won't allow you to host a multi-point conference of three or more  If someone else has a multi-conference unit then you can connect to them and they can host a video conference with you as one of the participants.

If you are the owner of an Arrow 200 and you want to host multi-point conferences then you need to have virtual meeting room, into which you will connect (via your Arrow 200), and the other participants will also connect.
